If you are a registered user and wish to change Client’s preferences, or if the Client prefers to opt-out of regular mail/SMS/calls, the Client may mail to Kingster Education at queries@Kingster.edu.in to notify the Company of Client’s request.

Once the Client has submitted a request for opting out, the Client may assume that it has been successfully received and processed. Please allow the Company 30 business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of the company’s promotions may already have been in process before you submitted the Client’s request. Getting unsubscribed from the communication services doesn’t necessarily mean that clients’ information being collected will be deleted.

If the Client refuses or withdraws the consent, or if the Client chooses not to provide the Company with any required Personally Identifiable Information, the company may not be able to give the Client the services offered on the company’s Platform.
