Company may use the information company collect with the Client’s consent to register the Client on the company’s Platform, to provide the user with information relating to the company’s Program and other company Services, offers from time to time in connection with Kingster Education or its subsidiary and affiliated companies, to respond to Client’s questions or interest shown in company’s Programs, and to send the client updates about the Programs, other Kingster Education events, platform maintenance or new services provided by Kingster Education , among other things, through itself or third parties, via email, SMS, phone call or any other medium. 

Irrespective that the Client has registered himself under DND or DNC or NCPR service, Client still authorizes Kingster Education to give Client a call from Kingster Education or any third party for the purposes mentioned above till 365 days of Client’s registration with Kingster Education. In addition, Kingster Education may send email notices or contact the Client via SMS, phone call, or any other medium to communicate about its Services, Platform, and additional information. From time to time, the company may use business partners, operational service providers, and subcontractors (“Service Providers”) to operate and provide the company’s services to Users and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. As necessary under this Privacy Policy, the company’s Service Providers must protect the information company consistently provides them with this Privacy Policy. Although the company exercises care in selecting the company’s Service Providers and needs them to protect the information mentioned above, they are independent third parties. Therefore, the company may not have control over its privacy practices.

The company uses the Client’s information for managing and processing purposes, including, but not limited to, tracking attendance, progress, and completion of a Program. As part of the company’s management and processing of the Program, the company will use certain Personally Identifiable Information to administer exams, projects, and other assessments for the Program. For example, as part of an exam, Kingster Education may use certain information collected from the Client to verify the Client’s identity or monitor the Client’s performance during the exam to confirm that the Client is abiding by the applicable testing rules or requirements.

Company may use Client’s Personally Identifiable Information to provide such services to Client and for quality control purposes. The company may also archive this information and use it for future communications with the Client. For example, Kingster Education may make available Client chat room services that allow the Client to communicate with Kingster Education’s staff members or the Client’s peers in the same cohort. The company may use and share the Client’s Personally Identifiable Information to provide these services to the Client In another example; Kingster Education’s staff members may create groups on WhatsApp (or similar service providers) with other students and make the Client a member of such a group. The Clients may use these groups to provide services in conjunction with the Programs, including, but not limited to, updates related to the Programs, details of potential employers, etc. Please be aware that the information disclosed on a third-party service provider’s Platform will be dependent and subject to third-party privacy policies and on Clients’ settings regarding what information the Client has consented to share with them. Kingster Education and its associates shall have no liability in this regard whatsoever.

Kingster Education may use certain companies that enable the Client to establish a membership to participate in digital wallets, payment services, or rewards programs. If the Client elects to do so, the company will disclose to such companies the Client’s information necessary to make their programs work and support Client’s membership with them. The company is not responsible for the companies’ privacy practices sponsoring these membership programs, and the company suggests the Client review the individual privacy policies of each company with whom the Client may establish such memberships. Kingster Education or the company’s providers may archive billing information. In addition, the company may archive Personally Identifiable Information other than billing information and use it for future communications with you.

Kingster Education may use and share the Client’s information to improve its services and offerings. For example, through the company’s service providers (like auditors or surveyors), the company may approach the Client to understand the impact of the company’s Programs on the Client’s careers. For this purpose, the company may connect with the Client via a phone call, email you questionnaires, or request the Client to attend workshops.

To the extent, any Personally Identifiable Information collected by Company contains images of Client, Client grant Kingster Education a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, or prepare derivative works of or publicly display such images and Client’s likeness about the Program or for marketing purposes. For example, the company may use the Client’s photograph and employer information, testimonials, transition information, designation change, etc., for Ads/and or social media posts to highlight the company’s learners’ achievements.

Companies use Non-Personal Information in aggregate form to build higher-quality, more useful services by performing statistical analysis of the collective characteristics and behaviour of the company’s Users and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific areas of the company’s Platform.

Suppose the processing of Client’s Personal Identifiable Information is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulations. In that case, the company uses the Client’s Personal Identifiable Information where the processing is in the company’s legitimate interests.
