Project Management

The study in Project management is the application of processes, methods, knowledge, skills and experience to achieve the project objectives. Project management is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria within the specified time. This course will prepare students to oversee and coordinate a project at every stage from initial system study and development to execution, presentation and post-project evaluation. The students of this stream will gain the knowledge in all challenges of project and to overcome these challenges for achieving the project goals within the given constraints.
